Easiest 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins!

Hey friends!

IMG_5722

It’s fall (or almost), and along with checking off all these items on our bucket list, it’s time to bake pumpkin muffins. I LOVE these super simple muffins. I was first introduced to them when I did Weight Watchers over a decade ago. They are delicious and literally one of the easiest things I make.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Spice Cake Mix

1 Can of Pumpkin

1 Cup of chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Mix 1 can pumpkin with 1 spice cake mix and stir until all of the cake mix is incorporated into the pumpkin (it will be thick).
  3. Add in a cup of chocolate chips (I like to mix mini and regular sized ones).
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes for mini muffins or 20-25 minutes for normal size ones.

Yep, they are that easy. And they are definitely kid approved!
